The Shepherds Rest is situated in its own private garden next to Gairnshiel Cottage. It can be rented with the cottage or on its own (it is not overlooked by the cottage) It sleeps 2, has a small kitchenette and an ensuite showeroom. In its garden there is a firepit and picnic bench. If you prefer a village setting, with pubs and restaurants a short walk away, we have another property in the Borders town of Peebles near Edinburgh. The property has lovely views over Eddleston Water and Edinburgh is a 30 minute drive away by car or bus. A perfect place to unwind but close to the hustle and bustle of the town.
