If your dates are available please enquire and we will be happy to advise on the cost of your stay. Short stays of minimum 3 nights are available at certain times of year. 

One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement for a charge of £20 per week. If you are planning to bring your dog with you, please tell us when you book. We also ask that you and your dog abide by our common-sense house rules. 

Low season stays are a minimun of 3 nights. Outwith low season please enquire.

We’ve tried to think of everything to help you enjoy your stay. The rental price includes: bed linens & towels, wi-fi, starter pack of logs, Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries (shampoo and soap), washing up and laundry supplies. 

Gairnshiel Cottage - Electricity (within reason). Oil for the heating is charged at cost.

22 Biggiesknowe, Peebles - Electricity and gas are charged at cost by meter readings.
